CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Registration Fee Structure

When registering for FSPL Cricket Trials, candidate fees consist of two clear components:

• Online Registration Booking Fee: ₹299 (non-refundable processing fee paid online to lock your trial slot).
• Ground & Kit Management Fee: ₹900 (or ₹1100 for All-Rounders) payable upon ground reporting.

2. Trial Registration Fee Refund Terms

• The Online Registration Booking Fee of ₹299 covers slot allocation, digital Admit Card pass generation, and administrative overheads, and is strictly non-refundable once payment is completed.
• If a candidate registers but fails to appear at the trial ground on the scheduled date, no refund or compensation will be issued.

3. Double Payment / Technical Error Refunds

In case of duplicate payment or excess amount debited due to technical or gateway errors, the excess amount will be refunded after verification within 5 to 7 business days back to the original source account.

4. Trial Postponement or Rescheduling

In the event of trial postponement due to unavoidable rain, stadium unavailability, or official directives, the candidate's registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date or nearest alternative city venue. No refund request will be required.
